Filing a DMCA Complaint

Response to DMCA Complaints

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the request and take appropriate action, including removing or restricting access to the infringing content. We may also contact the user responsible for the content to provide them with an opportunity to respond.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed due to a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on PKTZ.XYZ.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

PKTZ.XYZ reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access to users who repeatedly violate copyright policies.
